2010- And the game is still on!

Working a lot with Mikkel's special Callsign OZ2SPACE.

A lot of fun. A lot of Pile-up training for all of us. AND! It is for a good and great thing!

This weekend in May (15-05-2010 & 16-05-2010) we activated OZ2SPACE on CW, primarily on 17 meters.

With a lot of great fun. Over 200 QSO's with JA-OP's. Many thanks to JA-operators.

You have a great Pile-up disciplin. Many should learn from you!

January 

2 meter NAC  - Strange condx's this evening! Germans where as loud as Swedish......

OP's OZ2TG and OZ1IKY - Score: 43.826 points, 77 QSO's 38 squares. ODX JO21 731 KM

February

WPX RTTY - Multi Single, OP's OZ7AM, OZ1IKY and OZ0MJ

1082 QSO's, 551 WPX's and a score of 2.000.130 points.

Funny - and fun - way of contesting. This was our first time in a RTTY Contest!

ARRL DX CW - Multi Single, OP's OZ7AM, OZ1IKY and a little help from OZ1ETA - thanks Niels!

We made an Worked All States - but missed 3 Canadian territories.

Score: 900.963 points and 1.589 QSO's

March

2 meter NAC - OP's OZ1IKY and OZ2ELA. Score 41.775 points, 81 QSO's 37 sqaures ODX JN49 676 KM

We tried out Mikkel's (OZ7AKT) new PA! A very nice Discovery AMP for 2 meters!

OZ 80 Meters Activity test, Club section

CW 30 QSO's total score 1386, SSB 68 QSO's total scores 3861. Operators OZ0MJ & OZ1IKY same time as the ARRL Int. DX!!

We actually again made an Worked All States! And this time even made all the Canadian Territories! Big Yeahharh!

CQ WW WPX Contest SSB

Great fun - even though 'Mister Murphy' struk us hard from the begining;

40 meter slooping dipol array didnt come up, 15 meter yagi didnt come up,

Rained a lot most of Saturday, so not repairs possible - mast climbing almost impossible (thanks Andre OZ5D for doing it anyway!)

Thanks BO, OZ2BO for helping with antennas in the middle of all the rain!

40 meter scores - even with less QSO's won over 20 meter!! Something to think about!

Total Score: 4.553.010, Total QSO's: 2335.

APRIL

OZ80 Meters Activity test, Club section

CW: 31 qso's, total points 1386 - Phone; 93 qso's and a total of 5890 points

We made an excellent position again!

CW: 29 qso's, total points1323 - Phone; 76 qso's and a total of 5056 points

We made number 1 in both CW and Phone in the Club sections again

Score 47137, 85 QSO's 39 squares. ODX DK1FG JN59OP 674 KM!

JUNE

2 meter NAC OP's OZ2TG & OZ1IKY

Score 51 QSO's 29 squares ODX RX3QFM in KO91OO, 1803 KM!!

Some nice ES opening to Russia. But our antenna has a fault somewhere; SWR above 1:3 ....

OZ80 meters Activity test, Club section. OZ0MJ & OZ1IKY

CW 37 QSO's total 1925 points - Phone 80 QSO's and a total of 5508 points.

Actually we did not only make No.1 in the Club section, but also for the whole test!
